The fact that they are able to manage so many aspects of our business, from ordering to invoicing to payments. There is really nothing I dislike about this software. They have made life easier for us as we have grown. We also had help in deciding which system was best suited to our needs. I highly recommend them! They do what they say they will do and then some. They are amazing people to work with and they look after you. We use their service for all of our sales orders/invoices. It has allowed us to streamline the process and keep track of stock levels.
