I like that this software allows me to create my own custom layouts for each of our different sites, so we don't have to spend time creating new ones every year or two when things change around here! I have been using pass field for over 15 years, they are extremely knowledgeable about their products! The staff always goes above & beyond in assisting you when needed - whether that's finding answers or providing training. Nothing really because we've never had an issue but I do think there could possibly be better customer service if something went wrong (but this doesn't happen all of tiem). Easy for users when they are filling in forms, just click that box! It’s not so easy if you want them all filled out at once then have some boxes left over (or extra questions). I would love this feature...when someone fills something of importance we'd like as many people involved possible, but still make sure what's important was completed by each person.
