Good platform with room for improvement
The ability to see how well each program is performing, as it relates directly back into our CRM system for reporting purposes.
I would like more control over my email campaigns so that they are not sent automatically or at times when we do have an open window in which time could be used better elsewhere within other marketing channels (such as social media). We use this tool primarily during peak season months such as Christmas/Holiday seasons where there can sometimes run out quickly due to high demand from clients who want their programs up ASAP!
