Review on HIPER πŸ’‘ HPT-600 600W Power Supply by Micha Osiski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

I got it to replace the Xilence Red Wings 7 XN056 550W PSU since it started to whistle, crackle, and squeak after a year of use (even when the PC was turned off, supplying only "standby" voltage to the PC). Hiper is like heaven and earth in comparison to this. I didn't really need the power cord that was included in the kit, but they still gave it to me. I don't have any preconceived notions about the OEM version, which lacks a box and has the PSU "in a film." Overall, I'm quite satisfied and would strongly suggest anything. Block runs a 115w Xeon E5 2689 on a 2022 socket with 12 GB of DDR3 clocked at 1866 MHz and 4 GB of RX 470. Two 50mm coolers linked to 7v (instead of 12v) for cooling the CPU power supply, two 120mm coolers connected to 5v (instead of 12v) for blowing in and the same 120mm, 5v three pieces for blowing out, and single-color backlighting from an LED strip around the outside of the chassis. Two 2.5" HDDs, one 3.5" HDD, two 90mm 12v CPU tower coolers, and one 2.5" SSD As you can see, even with such a massive amount of everything, the block is sufficient, does not sneeze, whistle, or crack, and feels generally okay:) I again suggest!

Pros
  • Cost is a given, of course. PFC protection is present (at least passive, unlike Aerocool for the same money, where there is no protection) - 24pin cable braid - General appearance and quality
Cons
  • To be honest, I didn't.
