The platform is very simple which makes it easy to integrate with social media accounts along WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger APIs as well. It provides an excellent customer service team that can assist you anytime during business hours (GMT -5). I like how we're able to embed our widgets into clients' websites without them knowing anything about coding. There was no difficulty in finding tutorials or guides regarding integration using this tool. They support any device. We also have great reports within seconds of completion showing us all performance metrics from each widget's account including its reach to target audience segmentation/demographic info which are really useful. I love the fact that its easy to put on my site, and it looks very professional. I like that its cheap compared to competitors. I dislike that sometimes you have to pay for extra features such as multiple lines or different chats. I used this for my website, and i am happy with how easy it is to use. It helped me reach more people with my business. Also helps people find my website easier.
