I like that it's easy to use with all of our different applications. It is also very customizable so we can set up as many rules or filters as needed. Sometimes when there are too many messages in my inbox at once, they get buried under other notifications and go unnoticed until later. There are times when I have no idea what was sent to me but only find out after reading through everything else in my Inbox. This has helped us keep track of more information than before. We've been able to better manage incoming emails from multiple sources including email marketing campaigns and social media posts.
