This was supposed to be a one star review, but then you wouldn't be reading it. Despite many positive reviews, this bed pillow is too soft, hard on the back and very heavy to move. Also in the product description, adding or removing shredded foam to increase or decrease the softness of the pillow seems like a no-brainer. Don't believe it. It hurts to do it. if you can at all And if you want to return it, that's another nightmare, as it'll be sent heavily compressed by car to the buyer, in a box you'll never return it in. This is because you must pack this item for return (no, the carrier will not do this for you free of charge). You'll need to find a very large box, lots of tape, and possibly lots of bubble wrap. Then it may not fit in your vehicle unless it is an SUV or truck. End of the story. Consider ordering another one.
