I love these thermometers so much I ordered SIX of them! Every fridge and freezer MUST have it. I sell high quality free range eggs and state law requires my refrigerators to be above 32 and 40 degrees or below. Not all devices are like that, if the temperature rises or falls below the safety standard, you know about it. I can't do business without them!
