Okay, I'm not a techie who can tell you all the technical nonsense. I'm just a busy single mom and business owner and ordered this specifically for my business. I love the big screen. This is the largest screen I've ever had on a laptop. I have an extensive elevated setup for my laptop, then I use an external keyboard and mouse. In all my years of working with laptops, I've learned that the keys on a laptop just got mixed up. So I started using external keyboards because the keys stopped working. Then I realized how awesome it is to type on an external keyboard and I will never type on the laptop itself ever again. The assembly is very easy and I followed the instructions. The battery on this large computer doesn't last very long, but it seems to last longer than I expected. I have to keep reminding myself to unplug the PSU so it has a chance to shut down and not be plugged in 24/7 as I messed up my last computer by forgetting. Good for us, this computer also sometimes reminds me to unplug it, which I didn't realize until later. So far I only use basic functions like Word, calculator, browser connected to my company and YouTube for music. I installed an external speaker because computer speakers are not very loud for music. I had no problem setting up my regular printer and label printer, everything was connected well. I haven't noticed any issues and I haven't had any setup or crashing issues. I don't really like the first time you do a mandatory windows login as it has to do with your previous experience with windows and things to remember. I haven't had a new laptop in 6 years so I haven't really seen what has happened to Windows since then. Once I had everything set up and everything was ready I remembered the splash screen that was on the last laptop and put it on this one and it just alerted me and I'm not a fan of spying like this. I don't like those robot assistants either. The technology is too pushy and I don't like the people in my business. I wish computers had free Microsoft Office like they used to, because all I could get was a free 30-day trial. We pay enough so I think they should be included. Anyway, I'm happy with it so far.
