Kind of a trick.
Seems to work, but in the southwest desert there is clearly NOT enough water in the air for this trick to pick up enough to stay warm and stay warm for more than a minute. Having lived in northern Illinois for many years, I assume this will not work in all winter months. And... the little rags that are always meant to be used are too expensive to make this device worthwhile.
