UPDATE: The manufacturer contacted me and provided the BEST customer service I have seen in a long time. They sent a replacement asap and made sure I was happy with the product. I certainly do and I am so impressed with the way this company does business. Thanks again! This dryer is driving me crazy! I bought it for a diffuser and only use it with one nozzle. Trouble is, if it barely touches my head, arm, or even my hair, the diffuser flies away! I've only used it a couple of times and I think I might get a real rage about it. I put my diffuser back on at least six or seven times every time I use it. It's just not wise. Does anyone else have this problem? am i a problem Help.
