Review on Levi's Skinny Fit Pull-On Jeggings for Girls by Matt Tebow
Adjustable waist! in my opinion
I've attached a photo so others can see that it doesn't have a button...I don't really care, but it might happen to someone else. My skinny 6 year old normally wears a size 6 but she wears a size 7 in it and they fit great thanks to the adjustable waist. Enough room (width and length) to grow without the pants looking messy.
