I don't like the fact that there is no offline access. It is very hard to work on a computer without an internet connection. We are able to store all our business data and information in a very secure way. We are able to access our data from everywhere and at anytime. It's a very good platform for the customers who want to have their own data centre. We are using this platform for our customer management system. This is very user friendly and easy to use. The price is also reasonable which makes it more affordable than other competitors. Nothing much I dislike about this product. You should try this if you have any queries related to this product. I am solving my customer issues from anywhere.
