If I had to rate the finished product myself I would gladly give 5 stars. Unfortunately, the quality control of the production seems to be very poor and the process of requesting spare parts is tedious. When they first got to us the hole on one of the side pieces was drilled in the wrong place compared to the corresponding pin from one of the rails. Okay, simple mistake, no big deal. I have the tools to fix this, but since it's a hole that's visible on the outside of the changing table, I figured it would be best to ask for a replacement. I tried phone support first but had to hang up. I waited 20 minutes to speak to someone as my lunch break ended. Your waiting message mentioned that you can request a replacement on their website, so I tried that. The website seems easy to use, but 2 business days after submitting the request I heard nothing but an automated reply saying a phone agent would be calling us shortly. We called them (30+ minutes later) and initially they had no record of the replacement request but after some searching they found it and told us it would take 5 business days to ship the replacement part. Part showed up today. This time the hole was drilled in the right place but the hole for the connector pin was too small. The rail does not go where it should. Luckily I have the tools to fix it with no aesthetic differences once it's all assembled, so I won't bother replacing it again and let them ruin the part in a third way. You can get one done right, you will like it. It's an eye catching detail, solidly built, easy to assemble and doesn't look out of place next to my other furniture. If you receive one with a manufacturing defect, good luck. I hope you have better luck with the replacement than me.
