Review on LEVOIT Air Purifier for Home Bedroom: HEPA Filtered Small Room Cleaner with Fragrance Sponge for Smoke, Allergies, Pet Dander, Odor Removal by Nicholas Gendron

I first bought GermGuardian for my bedroom during the Lightning Complex and Oakville fires we had here in Northern California. My allergies were terrible from the smoke and my dogs dander only made it worse. The GermGuardian did nothing - I was still waking up in the middle of the night every day with allergy symptoms, a dry throat, and a headache (not to mention the noise level of this thing preventing me from getting a good night's sleep). I have a Dyson for the living room, but I can't spend hundreds on cleaners all the time, so I decided to pre-order the very affordable $50 Levoit for the bedroom. My god, since the very first day of use I have never had an allergy at night. It was literally the night shift. It's also a low whisper. Even with it on the floor next to my bed, I had to double check to make sure it was on before bed. It really is that quiet. I love this item and will never try any other brand of small cleaners.
