When you plug them in, for some reason they default to a setting underneath your computer's speakers (even though they're headphones, I know) called SIDE LINE, which means you're constantly echoing yours through the mic Listen . It drove me crazy Nobody knew what it was called or how to turn it off. I found a forum thread about setting up streaming over 10 years ago and found a word in the sidebar that made me want to figure out how to turn it off. Makes me mad. Also: -Hot. (As written in other reviews, very hot.) - Headphones are uncomfortable. Even after placing the headset between books like I always do with a new pair to stretch them out, it hurts a lot after a few hours. Never had such a problem after more than ten years of using headsets. - The quality of the microphone is not very good. It's passable, but people often tell me I'm quiet even though I've turned it all the way up. hot and painful. If you need something right now, this is an affordable option at around $30, but if you have the time and money to spare, look for something better.
