I ordered this keyboard for my office - I also have the latest Apple wireless keyboard (third generation (model #A1314), 2009, 2 AA batteries). I've been an Apple user for a long time, so I knew what to expect from this product, but I took the risk of ordering a refurbished keyboard. I did this mainly because I like to buy recycled items whenever possible, and also to save some money ($79.99 vs. $99.99 for new). I read a few reviews and the overall opinion of the refurbished product was about 75% good / 25% bad. My product arrived in pristine condition with a 65% charge. There were no protective stickers on the surface, but it was packaged in a sealed plastic bag with a "Revain Refurbished Product" card inside. Been using it for a week now, looks and works like new, no signs of wear. Please note that this product does not include all additional items that Apple provides with new products such as Lightning cables, stickers, etc. If anyone is interested I have attached photos to show you the visual differences between the old wireless model and this new one. Magic keyboard. Of course, the big difference between the two is that this one has a lithium-ion battery that can be charged via a Lightning cable.
