The first Viante frother that I purchased worked great for the first few tries, then no longer made foam. The milk got warm, but there was zero foam/froth. I call revain and they were most helpful, sending a replacement within days. Unfortunately, it came from the UK, so sending it back was about as expensive as the original purchase price. The new one is my hero now and makes excellent milk froth for my coffee. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in a good froth for their beverages.
