Angela (Retivis Contact) was great! Competent and responsive! The radios can be easily programmed with the optional programming cable. Construction is decent, not sure if it will be military grade but better than the Baofeng radios we bought a few years ago. I would like a better battery protection system. Something that locks the battery better. 2- I want this radio to use both UHF and VHF, not just UHF. Aside from those two things, the radios sound great! Can't wait to use them and update the review if needed. Thank you Angela!
