This hanger is pretty good for the price, but if it's going to be prominently displayed or heavily used you might want to consider a more durable hanger. I'm a teacher and last year my class didn't have a closet for me so I just use it for my jacket, a sweater just in case and an umbrella. It doesn't have to look pretty, it just has to work. The assembly was quite easy and the instructions are clear. It's very light, so heavier coats can easily unbalance it if you don't carefully balance both sides. The greaves are a bit loose and I have to adjust them occasionally. For what I use it for I'm very happy with this purchase but it usually stays in a back room or corner. It's not ugly. but she won't win beauty pageants either.
