They’re very proactive about helping your project along with any requests you might have, which helps keep things smooth from start to finish! If I had an issue or something needed clarification they are really quick at reaching out via email for additional help/direction when necessary (which was never more than once). Very easy-going guys who take their time but get right down it as soon what needs working through - no matter how small of course haha Their customer service is great, they are always willing to answer any questions you have about our project. They also do excellent work! I really don't think there's anything bad that i can say about them. If you want an agency with experience and who knows what they're doing, this is your team. We used their services for branding purposes as well as website development. It was very easy to communicate through email or over phone call.
