I needed a different key for a 2006 Honda Accord. I always have a little hesitation about buying such a key, as others have many negative experiences. But I needed it, so I decided to give it a try. Upon receipt I had the key cut out and then followed the instructions. That does not work. Came back, reread the instructions, then saw Kimberly's suggestion.
