These filters are exactly the size and shape of genuine Kenmore Q bags at an outrageously high price. They are also made of cloth, not paper as others have suggested. I have no scientific way to compare fabric quality and huge cost savings, not worth it. Even better than the original, they come with an easy sticky lid to keep the ick from falling out of the pack when it's full and needs replacing. I've seen arguments about the difference in bag performance compared to Kenmore OEM bags. My vacuum has an exhaust HEPA filter, so it seems that the exhaust HEPA filter should smooth out any differences if there is a difference. The savings compared to the official Kenmore replacement make them a much better value, although there may be slight differences in efficiency. Incidentally, I used official Kenmore bags to soak up highly toxic bromine powder that I accidentally spilled. I smelled bromine in the exhaust while cleaning, so the Kenmore bags definitely didn't catch all the particles. That's when I decided to ditch the Kenmore bag and buy this one.
