Poor manufacture

It doesn't turn easily at all. So if you try to rotate it, the fabric will shift AFTER you put a piece of drawer liner under the base, it will stay stable when you rotate the top. *** this must be included!

Pros

Saves time, energy and space. Thanks to the rotating cutting mat, you don't have to move to find the right angle. The small profile also makes it easy to store with other sewing supplies. Use the WA Portman Circle Cutter for precise cuts every time.
