I love this Pi Case Kit!

This set packs a punch! Power cord, HDMI cable, HDMI adapter, fan, heatsink, USB to Micro SD adapter for image files, great assembly guide with pictures and map if you don't like the case which I couldn't believe yes all you need is to one super cheap price included! All you need for a great build is a micro SD card and a Pi board!
