As someone who works with furniture on a regular basis I'm impressed with the quality of this inexpensive stool. I have been looking for a stool to sit at my vanity but its an antique vanity and sits low and has a narrow leg space so this was nearly impossible unless I wanted to lay something ridiculous. I'm a single mom so I can't afford expensive furniture but I still want quality. This is made of solid wood and plywood, no particle board here. It feels solid and was easy to put the legs on. I will not hesitate to purchase this brand again. I got the beige and it's a perfect neutral, not too brown.
