Review on ASUS VivoBook Display Windows M1502IA AS51 by Janis Berzins ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best thing I've ever used, a great item for everyone!

In general, I highly recommend buying, especially if the price is in the region of 70-80 thousand. Its pros: + Very powerful Ryzen 7-5800 processor, boost up to 4.6 GHz; + Pretty decent 4 GB RTX 3050 graphics card with ray tracing, but more importantly with DLSS, consumes up to 50 watts in load; + Stylish laconic design; + Screen refresh rate 144 Hz, screen resolution Full HD; + WiFi 6, the Internet just flies, especially if your router operates at a frequency of 5 GHz; + RAM 16 GB, enough for another 2-3 years for sure, both for work and for games; + The battery holds a charge well, charges very quickly; + Keyboard backlight; + The speakers are very solid, very loud and high quality sound. + Price, at the time of purchase in February, it cost 75 thousand in aliexpress. For the money, super stuffing and design, you won't find better. Different cons: - Far from the best cooling system, in idle time the fans do not even work, when surfing in the browser they usually also rest, but specifically they cannot cope with the load at all. I had to set the temperature limit to 80 degrees for the processor in the Ryzen Controller program (the same undervolting without turning off the processor turbo boost, which is the most important thing). As a result, in stress tests, the processor is 80 degrees (for this processor, a chic temperature, the critical temperature is 105), it boosts up to 4.2-4.4 GHz, the video card is 72-73 degrees, quite acceptable, it did not rise higher. In order for the video card to work at 50 W (maximum), you need to set MyASUS to high performance mode; - The screen is not the brightest and most contrasty, but you get used to it with time, tolerable (version of a laptop with an IPS matrix).
