Wow! What a heavy tool. It's big and heavy. Of course, it's not something you'd like to carry around a lot. It reminds me of something the Star Trek Vulcan had to go into battle. The reviewer who said the wrench doesn't fit smaller plugs is dead wrong. There is a small bracket on the outside of one of the rings that is suitable for smaller plugs.
