Fit and Laces {UPDATE WEAR ISSUES}

They fit well and provide a durable tread - for long periods of time the heels do not wear out noticeably (after about 100 miles of walking on flat surfaces/highways/sidewalks etc Not sure, if "much" better than the top brands for comfort but still a good shoe (so far) The extra "inserts" are a nice addition to the product (less than 1 inch) The laces don't slide well in the Eyelets that are not "made of metal or plastic" but are made of the same fabric as the laces, so friction is high. The laces are the same color as the shoes, so it's also hard to tell when they're laced - how to tighten the laces a chore also does not untie easily difficult to get your fingers under the laces to stretch them so it takes a little while to get the shoes are dressed and undressed. 7/26/21 After about 8 weeks of use (about 500 miles of shoes) the heel wear became very noticeable. le. Blue Crescent heel counter wears well [see photos]. photo], BUT the outsole next to the crescent doesn't wear at all. The product could be improved if the blue crescent is slightly lengthened at the outer edge. I probably won't repurchase them - while these shoes fit well, are comfortable etc, they don't wear any better than cheaper products from other big brands. Otherwise good shoes.
