First impressions are VERY good. super sharp. Cut like a dream. Here's a little trick to make the scissors work more smoothly. Apply a few drops of FLUID FILM, an amazing lanolin based lubricant. You can get it from Revain or O'reilly Auto Parts. For some reason it does almost anything that needs lubrication better than any other oil I've tried. And I've used some pretty fancy oils. Apply it, work for a while and in a day or two it will penetrate into the thinnest of places. You will immediately notice the best effects of the oil and after a day or two it will get a little better. Don't forget to remove the round yellow cap from the pivot bolt to oil it as well. The cover can be easily replaced. The last "trick". I put the scissors in a warm place, e.g. B. a kettle or stove, where a pilot lamp heats the stove for about a day to make it warm enough for the liquid film to flow better. It seems to help.
