Review on Nespresso Inissia Red Espresso Maker: Discontinued Model Offers Authentic Espresso Experience by Brad Ward

If you are considering this purchase, STOP! Do not buy this device. I bought one back on December 18th and it has had nothing but problems since. My first appliance worked normally for a week, then it started turning on and boiling. If you want to use it, you get two buttons: Lungo (3.7 oz) or Expresso (1.4 oz). Well, no matter which button I pressed, it would always choose the smaller espresso option. Even better, when you try to make coffee, the machine goes into automatic descaling mode. Thank you for spending the capsule, they cost almost a dollar each (roughly). So after talking to a really nice lady at her support center for the first time for 45 minutes and then another 20 minute phone call I was finally able to reach her. to send me another block. You would think they would forward the mail, but no. I had to wait almost a week for them to receive their RMA before they sent me a 'new' unit. I have everything connected and ready to brew. Pressed the lungo button again and this dispensed less than an ounce of coffee before shutting off. I'm done. I've checked Revain's return policy so now I need to figure out how to get my money back from Nespresso. Wish me luck.
