Works! This is fantastic! But it has the silliest design flaw! The cord from the device is about 12 inches long. It is then either connected to a cord to connect to a wall outlet or to a cord to connect to a car. At this point it keeps turning itself off during use! It's a weak link and it's in a terrible place. Just stupid! And really annoying! But the massage is amazing! I would easily give it five stars if it stayed online! By chance, I discovered that a simple pluggable patch cable actually becomes a secure connection. It would be nice if they mentioned it in the instructions!
