The only thing I DON'T LIKE about this Xerox scanner is the mechanism that supposedly adjusts the paper feed to the width of the document being scanned. From day one, the paper guides were tight and difficult to move. The scanner works great, but only if the feed guides are set correctly, which IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. The paper does not feed straight and may be damaged by the paper feed mechanism. Another thing is that I think the only good thing about the bundled ABBYY PDF software is that I didn't have to pay extra for it. (I already have a great PDF editing software: Bluebeam Revu.)
