Easy to Use

Lets you make nice, clean cutouts that look great. A perfect circle. I used it to cut out about 40 circles for the tags. I liked the transparent bottom so I could center the words in the middle of the tag. The only thing I didn't like was that sometimes it was difficult to get the circle out after I cut them out, but I was able to get them out. It didn't happen every time; probably 2 out of 10 hits. I removed each circle every time I hit. It went perfectly through 1 sheet (and even 2 sheets) of cardboard.
