Exactly what I needed!
These pans are perfect for my business. I make macaroons. They fit perfectly in my oven and I had no problems with them at all. I have 2 but I am buying 2 more because they are perfect! I wouldn't trade them for anything. Ideal for cookies. I would recommend using parchment paper for cookies as it's easier to clean and less messy. I know from experience that even the best pots get rough after a while and are difficult to clean unless you use parchment paper, and store-bought parchment paper is perfect and you don't need to trim it to fit. Simply tear to desired size and bake cookies.
