Review on Engraved Alphabet 🔤 Counting Building - Extra Large by Kenneth Martin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good size, good feel - few letters - too many pictures

Each block has a letter or number on each side. The remaining 4 pages have additional numbers and pictures. Repeating letters: A, E, I, O, C, and T. The capital letter is on the opposite side of the same lowercase letter, so you can write Dad (if you use an inverted P) and Mom (if you use an inverted W). ). You can also use Z instead of N, but it's a shame they don't put lowercase in blocks other than uppercase, so you had more options. You have five embossed number blocks - with numbers on both embossed sides - so if you use 3 you can't have 8 etc. Again - if you mix numbers with letters, you would have more options. But numbers aren't the problem as they also have numbers on the flat sides - LOTS of digits (no letters) as well as addition/subtraction/time/division/equal signs. But if you think about who will use them, I don't think toddlers will multiply too much. Of course they can be stacked (which is the original intention), but it would be nice if they allowed more letter variety so you could pronounce words like Jeff, Ellie, Greg, Terry, Mom, Dad, etc. If you want to be able to write everything - buy the 2nd set. But - they're a good size for small hands (1.75 inches), appear to be of good quality - and were exceptionally well packaged.
