Nice set. Large size, smooth edges, no splinters. They're made of lightweight wood, so they won't hurt if a child throws them. Vibrant colors with paint that doesn't seem to peel off easily. Just the well-made blocks. My only complaint is that the word "month" has repeating colors, so I probably won't be using them as props for monthly baby photos like I originally planned. Who knew that buying toy bricks could be so expensive? I didn't know exactly! But after getting a few as gifts for my almost one year old, I realized I had to be diligent about which ones I bought to replace the ones we got.
