i have had it for almost a year now and it works great in my new truck. It was easy to install, I just watched a YouTube video and I don't think it took more than 15 minutes. At first there was an unusual smell of plastic, but after a while it disappeared, maybe after 6 days? I just drove with the windows down, no big deal, it was summer in California. For the cost of buying it, I think it was worth it. No more driving to the store, worrying about out of stock filters, or spending more money because you bought other things you didn't want to buy.
