Benefits1. Comfortable headphone.2. Surround sound and custom sound profiles are great fun. Cons: 1. USB dongle overheats after 1 hour of use and shuts down, then restarts after a few seconds. This problem occurs several times within 5 minutes.2. The wireless technology of the headset keeps dropping out. It gets interrupted by nearby WiFi, causing the audio to cut out all the time. Conclusion: For over 100€ I should have no problems with this product. Out of the box it should work great. Period. I value my money and I will be returning this product this week. What a waste of my time.
