Review on Friendly Straw Reusable Smoothies Stainless by Sharese Mekang

I read many reviews before purchasing this straw and saw people giving lower ratings because they are too wide to fit Starbucks lids. not used to having a wide straw in his mouth and the other didn't like cleaning his own straw. If you read the details, it says it's for smoothies and milkshakes. It also says it's reusable. Why would anyone buy this and then complain that they have to wash it? And why would anyone buy eco-friendly straws to put in non-sustainable Starbucks cups? I wanted a straw for the smoothies I make at home in my Nutrabullet blender. Blender cups have an opening with more than enough room for a straw. Just in case the mug fell off in the car, I needed a lid to keep most of the drink inside (this happened recently and the cleaning was nominal). Compared to the narrow stainless steel straws that come with your blender, these wide mouth straws make smoothie life that much easier. Other more conventional straws have been a disaster. As for cleaning, my best advice is to clean it as soon as you've finished your drink. The brush that comes with the straw works great, but you can see it's hardly needed if you rinse and clean the straw right away. However, I don't always do this, so I dip it in warm water and use a brush. It still cleans without much effort. And for those with a dishwasher, that would probably work too, although I still rinse first and use a cleaning brush. So if you need a wide mouth straw for smoothies and milkshakes this is perfect and at a great price. . If you need a straw for soda or other runny beverages, use a narrower straw, although that works too.
