True to the name

This stuff works. Good size for automotive applications, feels durable, cuts easily and adheres well. Prefer dynamat as boom mat ships are flat; There is no need to sunbathe or heat up to get a usable product. My initial skepticism was replaced by tighter bass, a slight reduction in road noise, and an overall improvement in sound quality. Apply around the speakers in the door, inside the door (behind the speakers) and on the inside of the door panel. If mufflers were cheaper, I would completely cover the interior of my car. Highly recommended.
