It will save you so much time and energy The biggest thing I liked about this job posting was how they explained exactly what it took to get hired into each position. As someone who has worked at several companies now, one problem is that there's no standard way to describe these things and often times they aren't very specific (for example, "must have 3+ years experience" could mean 2 years as an intern then another 1 year after graduation). However, HireEazy had detailed descriptions of everything from which languages/frameworks were used to where applicants would go if needed (they said they'd send resumes directly to the department manager instead of HR) I also like that every application went through an interview process before getting accepted. In my past experiences, some places just accepted applications without ever having anyone actually talk to the applicant - which means all of the interviews basically amounted to "you got here.. good luck".
