Great Job Seeker Website with Fantastic Staff

I love how easy it is to find candidates and how quick the hiring process is. I also love how they have a great amount of options to send a candidate to a video interview or a phone interview. I dislike that the candidate screen is a bit outdated. It doesn't have all the features that are available in other job search websites. I also dislike that there is a bit of a learning curve to using the platform. I use HireEazy for all of my staffing needs and have never been disappointed. I have been…

  • Great variety when setting up an applicant
  • Easy interface, especially if you don’t know much about HR software.
  • Very simple once used twice (and get your questions answered.)
Cons
  • The system can be glitchy with not loading properly.
  • Not intuitive
  • Could add more functionality

HireEazy is a company that specializes in helping people find jobs.

The best part about working with HireEazy was that I didn't have to do anything other than tell them what type of role I was looking for. They sent over multiple options and the team did their research and found the right fit for me. If you're thinking about hiring new talent or even adding to your current team, give them a shot! Pros
  • It wasn't a big list, but I know where I'm going next when I start applying for jobs!
  • I was able to learn a lot about what each position required, especially since they had the details on the positions listed.
Cons
  • I ended up doing a lot of clicking because I couldn't find what I wanted.
  • There weren't many jobs available for us LA people though.
  • I don't know why there were so many people interested in those positions and yet the jobs weren't filled.
