It should be clarified that this item is not 100% cotton and is not breathable as stated in the description. This is a polyurethane (rubber!) pillowcase with an inseparable cotton terry veneer that is welded on the outside. When zipped up, it behaves like a rubber balloon, or maybe a garbage bag: it deflates slowly but is barely breathable. The cotton veneer makes it a little more comfortable than sleeping on a rubber mat, but it's not what I expected in terms of breathability, comfort, or coolness. If they update the description to include this information, you get at least what you expect and your score may differ from mine.
