To be honest I was a bit hesitant to switch from Clip+ to Clip 4. I miss the built-in auxiliary cable, but the new design is much more durable. I'm not thrilled with the bass response, although it's nice and loud it's not as crisp as I'd hoped after being spoiled by the Clip+'s quieter but tighter bass, but I'm very pleased, especially after water damage through moisture. was the ultimate finish for my Clip+, which will not be a problem with the waterproof Clip 4.
