Review on 🏋️ High-Performance Rugged Ridge 11235.11 Snatch Block Pulley, Capable of Handling 30,000 lbs by Steve Stone

My only issue with this product is that nobody I've searched has mentioned that the diameter of the rope affects its capacity. The sticker on the front is never clearly visible. The reel manual doesn't specify whether smaller diameter cables don't offer as much strength because the cable is obviously smaller, or because the smaller cable goes over the reel and changes the mechanical advantage of the reel. ie the thicker the rope up to max., the larger the area over which the weight is distributed on the deflection pulley. Didn't have time to ask on the forum. But the maximum weight you see on this product depends on the maximum cable diameter, which I believe was 1/2 inch. My winch is 3/8". So it was less. Sorry, I'm writing this on a hiatus. Check everything. Everything counts with a winch. And you can seriously suffer if you double the capacities of the block.
