Highly recommended.

Very strong, durable jerk block. I use a couple of these with my 9000 lb winch to pull stumps. I have several of these and am set for a 5:1 or 9:1 mechanical advantage. Does the job perfectly. Highly recommended.

Rugged Ridge 11235.11 Rugged Ridge pulley

I have owned a pair of these tractors for over eight years. They had many uses and I love them so much I bought two more for the second truck I have. It says a lot when someone buys the same product after years of use. They have never rusted and I'm glad I found them here on Revane.

Very strong - pulleys

Uses these with a 17000lb smittybuilt winch with 1/2 steel cable. He pulled a 20-ton excavator out of the mud. The only problem is that if the cable isn't perfectly straight, the locking rings will fail. I bought 2 and broke the rings on both. He welded a thick washer onto the pin and back to the shop. Without oiler. Probably on purpose so as not to loosen the pin. I just sprayed on some lube. I pulled harder than most people and they pulled through. Good value for money.

Very good workmanship - great price

I have not used this product before, but I have years of off-road experience. For the price, this product is very well made. The pulley and pulley pin are CNC machined. The sides look like rolled sheet steel. I'm pretty sure I'll take another one like this. I know it's made in China - I almost always buy American. But I don't really have the free income to buy an $80 pulley. For the money this is an incredible purchase. I have no doubt that it will meet American steel and manufacturing…

I hate buying anything and the product is different than .

I hate to buy things but the product is different from the picture. The block I received wasn't black like the one in the picture but I was going to paint it red or yellow anyway so it's no big deal. I also assumed that since it was a Β£20,000 block it would have a grease fitting, but that is not the case. So I have to disassemble it before using it for the first time and then periodically apply a lithium or molybdenum based lube. I guess on the other hand I'll be forced to check to see if the…

Completely happy. Seems unbreakable.

Bought a while ago and didn't use 'hard' until last weekend when our 4x4 club cleared some trees off the trail. A huge 7 foot root ball in the middle of the trail that we couldn't get around. We ended up using two winches to move it to the side where we could bypass it. Thing is, I had to pull the full 8,000 pounds of my winch (cable fully extended, winch motor stalled, etc.) to move the stump. less and wear or damage. I may need to get another one just for "two roles" occasions (although I…

Jerk Block Capacity

My only issue with this product is that nobody I've searched has mentioned that the diameter of the rope affects its capacity. The sticker on the front is never clearly visible. The reel manual doesn't specify whether smaller diameter cables don't offer as much strength because the cable is obviously smaller, or because the smaller cable goes over the reel and changes the mechanical advantage of the reel. ie the thicker the rope up to max., the larger the area over which the weight is…

Best Value at Snatch Blocks

I don't know exactly what "love" is, but I've already used it to lift a few 30' 20" diameter logs out of a deep bed here in Vermont and it works great. I use a heavy duty Home Depot tow chain that comes with hooks on the ends and costs about $30 if I remember correctly. The chain goes through a hole in the pulley and wraps around the tree a few times. The holes are big enough for even the hooks to go through. My tractor has a 12,500 lb Tuff Stuf electric winch. The cable runs through a…
