Review on Slipstick CB700 Woodworking Supporting Tall Orange by William Stevenson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great cookie, read the review for details.

First of all for the price they charge for it, it's impossible not to give them 5 stars. You get 8 less than 4 Rockler cookies. Both products are good but for the price they are fantastic. In fact, I just bought a second set to have more. I've been using my first set for over 3 years now and I really like it. They hold up well, hold objects well thanks to the removable pins. They do exactly what they're supposed to do, but I'll give you a few lines of caution: 1) DO NOT use pins on most firewood - if you strain the tree it will leave some grass behind. The pins are detachable, so just take them out. 2) Like most things, they can slip a bit under your work if you have a slippery surface next to or under the cookie. I use mine a lot when completing wood projects and have seen this a few times. Keep this in mind and you will love it.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • lots of stuff
