This is the first time I have bought a brush cleaning mitt/mat. These products were new to me but I can see how effective they are at cleaning my brushes really deep and I don't have to get my hands wet as often. The shape of the glove covers the entire hand, which is more effective than the shape of the egg, which covers 2-3 fingers. Different textures are beautiful. It's pretty funny that there are so many sections (i.e. Refinement, Refinement plus), but there are many interfaces and a variety of "areas" to work with. It's also handy that it has a hook so I can hang it on the bathroom wall. I also use it to wipe excess powder off my brushes to quickly switch between colors. So for me it's versatile and I'm enjoying it so far! Appears to be of good quality.
