Many acquaintances had this one - Thomas. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to buy this device. The first six months I was simply delighted with the quality of cleaning of this device. Usually I vacuumed in the house, but it so happened that my wife did it several times. I didn’t tell her that it was necessary to drain the water after each room and fill it with a new one, and clean the plastic filter mesh in the water tank from wool and hair, otherwise the water starts to boil and get on the cardboard filter, which in turn gets wet and lets moisture into the vacuum cleaner . As a result, after some time, this dirty water that has dried up inside the vacuum cleaner starts to smell like a swamp ((. To fix this, you need to disassemble the vacuum cleaner and rinse all the parts and ventilate them. But my hands have not reached that yet. After a year of use came to the conclusion: - this vacuum cleaner requires a lot of attention, it is not suitable for frequent and quick cleanings on the run. - it is difficult to fix something in it yourself (the Germans do not like outside interference, only in a service center) - good for patient people.
